TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement between the Client and Triple Eight International Travel & Tours Inc.
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Triple Eight International Travel & Tours Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").

Booking
All bookings made through the Company's website or via any other means of communication are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to decline any booking.

Payment
The Client shall make payment in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with the Company. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event that payment is not received.

Cancellation
Cancellation by the Client must be made in writing and is subject to cancellation fees in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond its control, in which case the Client will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund.

Changes to Itinerary
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. The Company will endeavor to provide the Client with suitable alternatives and will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes.

Travel Documents and Insurance
The Client is responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary travel documents. The Client is also responsible for obtaining travel insurance and ensuring that it is adequate for their needs.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the Client during the course of the trip unless caused by the Company's negligence. The Company's liability shall be limited to the cost of the trip.

Privacy Policy
The Company is committed to protecting the Client's privacy and personal information. The Client's personal information will only be used for the purpose of processing the booking and will not be shared with any third party without the Client's consent.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Company is registered.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them upon making a booking with the Company.
